Yoga Retreats

This Spring …

Saturday 26th May

Litharevitalising

Spend a day in retreat from everyday life with Yoga practice to revitalise and rejuvenate the mind and body. A full day of traditional Yoga asana – postures and pranayama – breathing techniques.
What Makes Scaravelli inspired Yoga different? It’s a slow and attentive, yet demanding form of Yoga that emphasises our connection to gravity, the breath to reawaken the natural movement of the spine and release tensions from the body. We work in a way that creates the conditions for the body to arrive into a comfortably experience each Yoga pose.
This retreat day is of benefit to those with an established Yoga practice. I am happy to answer questions and work on areas of interest you may have.
The venue is secluded in Wyre Forest in a wooden frame eco building with floor to ceiling forest views.
This day is suitable for those new to Yoga and meditation.
What to bring …
A packed lunch or food to share, (tea and coffee will be available free).
A blanket and maybe a pillow for the relaxation.
A Yoga mat – if you have one.
Cost: £60, please contact Corrina to book. 07889546660. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited.
